Brandon Kretzinger, son of Joseph and Tiffany
Kretzinger of Chestnut, has been named March-Senior-of-the-month at
Mount Pulaski High School. He was selected for this honor based on
the criteria of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Brandon has been involved in multiple athletic teams
during his time at MPHS. He played Basketball and Baseball, both for
4 years. He also played Football for 2 years. During Brandon’s
senior year he passed the 1,000 point mark in basketball, a feat
accomplished by a select few. Brandon is also a member of FFA and
FCCLA. Brandon has also been on honor roll consistently over the
last 4 years.
Outside of school, Brandon has worked for the Mount Pulaski Pool for
3 summers.
Brandon plans to attend Illinois College and major in Accounting or
Finance.

The Senior-of-the-Month program is sponsored by Conaway Handyman Service and
Downing, Przykopanski, Clements, & May Insurance Agency, Inc.. They are also in
the running for the $500 Senior-of-the-Year award sponsored by Illinois National
Bank.
