Andie Halley named Christian Village Executive Director

The Christian Village is proud to announce that Andie Halley, M.B.A., LNHA, has joined the campus family as the new Executive Director.

Andie holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Iowa State University. Andie is also certified in Healthcare Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association and holds a Senior Human Resources Professional certificate from the HR Certification Institute. She brings with her a vast experience from not only long term care settings, but also the critical access and acute care hospital settings.

When Andie is asked why she is drawn to the work of serving the aging community she states, “I am drawn to this work because of the relationship with my own grandparents, most notably with my grandfather.”

She goes on to state that, when making any decision, “I think of my Grandpa Bob and ask myself, would this be good enough for him?” Andie states she carries that with her in all things she does in her daily job duties.

Right now her full focus is keeping the residents and associates of The Christian Village safe during the current COVID-19 pandemic, however, adds she has great hope for a wonderful and bright future ahead.

Andie, a proud Logan County resident, resides in Atlanta, IL with her husband, Shawn Halley, and their two sons, 15 year old Blaine, and 11 year old Cael.
