Today
is Earth Day. It is going to be warm outside today, though there is
some rain in the forecast for some areas. It is a good time to get
outside and appreciate Mother Nature. Of course, we should all
continue to observe social distancing and avoid public gathering,
but we can still go for a walk, work in our lawns, or even take a
walk through a local park, if it is open. And even if only for a
minute or two, take the advice of Marcia Cook of the Moksha Center
and do a little barefoot "earthing."
