[April 23, 2020]   Make ice cream with a lock top baggie

Ingredients and tools needed

1/2 Cup Milk or Milk alternative
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 Cup salt
1 sandwich size lock top bag
1 gallon size top lock top bag

Add milk, sugar and vanilla to small bag and seat it.

Add ice and salt to large bag

Place the small bag inside the large one, seal shut and shake, shake, shake. It should take about five minutes of vigorous shaking for ice cream to form.

Remove small bag from the larger one. Wipe it off to remove water and salt before opening your small container. Eat your ice cream directly from the bag or place it in a bowl and and add a few toppings like chocolate chips or your favorite jelly (strawberry is good!)
