Lincoln Daily News
welcomes letters of appreciation, information and
opinion on matters pertaining to the community.
Controversial issues:
As a
community we need to be able to talk openly about
matters that affect the quality of our lives. The most
effective and least offensive manner to get your
point across is to stick to the issue and refrain from
commenting on another person's opinion. Letters that
deviate from focusing on the issue may be rejected or
edited and marked as such.
-Individuals may submit letters to the LDN
editor. Please limit your letter to 250 words or less.
-We accept letters of praise for the community, community
leaders, and businesses in Logan County. If your letter to the
editor, is challenging or questioning certain practices or
policies, please limit your letter to the issues and avoid
attacking people.
LDN reserves the right to refuse any letter to the editor for
any reason. If accepted, LDN reserves the right to publish your
letter according to LDN's timetable.
