Habitat for Humanity of Logan County has begun
construction on their 25th home. Recently Nicole White was
designated as the future homeowner with her two children. Official
groundbreaking will be held on Sunday, August 23 at 2:30 p.m. at the
site – 718 South Madison Street in Lincoln.
The Public is invited and welcome to participate in this exciting
venture.
Nicole will partner with Habitat for Humanity to fulfill her 250
hours of sweat equity before she receives the keys to the home.
Volunteers are welcome to be a part of the
partnership by providing labor on the worksite, or proving snacks or
a noon time meal. The HFHLC facebook page will post the daily work
schedules for this project. Anyone may access the page and check the
schedule to see what is needed on each day.
