Damon Priddy announces departure from Hampton and Comfort Inns in Lincoln
Julie Burr to return to Lincoln

Hotel Ventures Management of Illinois (HVM) announces that Damon Priddy, long time Area General Manager for the company’s Lincoln properties Hampton by Hilton & Comfort Inn & Suites, is leaving the company at the end of December. Damon will join State Farm, launching a State Farm agency location in Springfield in Spring 2021.

Replacing Damon will be another longtime HVM team member, Julie Burr! For the past nine years Julie has managed the company’s Holiday Inn Express West location in Bloomington. Prior to that position, Julie managed the Hampton in Lincoln so she is happy to be making her way back to the area. Julie will manage the operations of Hampton by Hilton and Comfort Inn & Suites in Lincoln.

Also, as part of this change, the company has been able to make another internal promotion for the General Manager position at the Bloomington location. Jasmine Brooks of Bloomington will take on that role in Bloomington.
