“Each year we have a waiting list for this popular event. We will
return to the Knights of Columbus hall this year to allow as many
women to attend as possible,” Angela Stoltzenburg, ALMH Community
			Health Collaborative director, said.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with a buffet dinner to be served
at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., the keynote speaker, Jill Savage, will discuss
how women are better together, including how important friendships
			are in keeping healthy habits.

Savage, who was the keynote for the 2019 event, is a nationally
known author and speaker and breast cancer survivor. She is known
for her passion to encourage others.

Stoltzenburg will also share local health initiatives of the ALMH
			Community Health Collaborative.

“Women have a tremendous impact on their families and so we have to remember to
take care ourselves,” Stoltzenburg said. “When we are physically healthy and
healthy minded, we can create healthy relationships. Our “Love Yourself Enough”
event puts the focus on women, provides education and inspiration, and an
opportunity to enjoy a night out that nourishes our friendships and sense of
community.”
Space is limited; reservations are required. Registration opens on Feb. 17.
