 If you have a child who will be five years old on or
before September 1, 2020, and you live in District # 27, please fill
out the form located on the district website
www.lincoln27.org, or call
the District office at 732-2522 by March 13th.
Please keep in mind that before starting school in August,
students are required to have a current physical and immunization record, dental
and eye exam, and a certified birth certificate on file.
