Two Local Lawyers named 2020 Illinois Rising Stars by Super Lawyers

The law firm of Bolen Robinson & Ellis, LLP (BRE Law) is proud to announce that Amelia Buragas and Josh Rohrscheib, two of the firm’s lawyers serving Logan County, have been selected to the Super Lawyers 2020 Illinois Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys.

Amelia Buragas focuses her practice on personal injury, civil litigation, and appeals. She is a member of the governing assembly of the Illinois Bar Association and serves as the Editor in Chief of the Illinois Bar Journal.

Josh Rohrscheib focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Tort Law Section Council.

Buragas and Rohrscheib were both previously named to the 2019 Illinois Rising Stars list. In addition to serving client’s in Lincoln, together they lead the firm’s Bloomington office, which is focused on personal injury law.
