I have known Kelly Miller-Elias in a professional
capacity for over 10 years. I have had the pleasure to see her when
I am court proceedings, and through her other responsibilities in
the Circuit Clerk's office.
I feel I can state, without hesitation, she has always been very
conscientious, professional, and willing to assist in any matters of
concern. I personally have come to rely on Kelly Miller Elias for
court records, procedural questions as to filing, and receiving
general information on proceedings and court dates.
Kelly Miller-Elias is not only insightful, but knowledgeable, and
very respectful, both in court proceedings and in the Clerk's
office. The Circuit Clerk's office receives the public daily.

They have questions and concerns of a general
nature, and at times, of a personal nature. Kelly has shown the
ability to answer questions and direct people toward the information
they need in a patient and respectful manner.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Miller-Elias for Circuit Clerk. She
is both knowledgeable and has the experience to perform all duties
expected for this complex position, from day one in office.
