NASCAR CUP SERIES: AUTO CLUB 400

Fox (Radio: Motor Racing Network, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90).
THIS WEEK: After two races so far this season, Ford and Toyota each
have one win. But after a down season in 2019, Chevrolet is showing
some speed while Toyota struggled in Las Vegas. Toyota driver Denny
Hamlin won at Daytona for Joe Gibbs Racing, but Ford's Joey Logano
broke through last week for Team Penske at Las Vegas. ... It was a
gratifying day for the 2018 Cup champion, who also won the spring
race at Las Vegas last year, but he's winless at Auto Club Speedway
despite running well there over the years. He would like to finally
get in Victory Lane there. "Auto Club Speedway has been a great
racetrack for me in the past," he said. "Yet to get a win; that's
the part that stinks. There's a big goose egg in the win column over
there. Got to try to get the other side of that." ... This will be
the third of 36 races on the season, and will be the 31st run at
Auto Club, which opened in 1997. ... Kyle Busch won this race last
year after starting from the pole, with Logano coming in second. ...
Five Fords are in the top 10 in the standings, with four Chevrolets
and a Toyota. ... Ryan Blaney leads the Cup standings with 85
points, followed by *Logano (82), Kevin Harvick (81), Kyle Larson
(70), Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (66), Chase Elliott (65), Austin Dillon
(63), Chris Buescher (61), *Hamlin (60) and Matt DiBenedetto (60)
rounding out the top 10.

BEST BETS: Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch enter Sunday at 5/1 with
Joey Logano at 6/1 and Brad Keselowski at 7/1. Kyle Larson and
Martin Truex Jr. come in at 15/2. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is a solid
long shot at 50/1.
NASCAR XFINITY SERIES: PRODUCTION ALLIANCE GROUP 300 (150 laps, 300
miles around a two-mile tri-oval), Auto Club Speedway; Fontana,
Calif.
TV: Saturday, 4 p.m. ET (Green flag approximately 4:16 p.m. ET) --
FS1 (Radio: Motor Racing Network, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90).
THIS WEEK: This is the third of 33 races this season and the 31st
Xfinity race at Auto Club Speedway. ... Cole Custer won this race
last year. ... Chase Briscoe won last week at Las Vegas after
starting second. ... Chevrolet is performing well in the series,
with Chevy drivers holding six of the top 10 spots, with two Ford's
and two Toyotas mixed in. ... *Briscoe leads the Xfinity standings
with 92 points, followed by *Noah Gragson (85), Harrison Burton
(80), Michael Annett (77), Brandon Jones (76), Austin Cindric (75),
Ryan Sieg (73), Justin Haley (73), Justin Allgaier (70) and Brandon
Brown (61).

THIS WEEK: The Trucks are on their first of two weeks off before
returning March 14 for the third of 23 races on the season, that one
at Atlanta Motor Speedway. ... Kyle Busch won last week at Las
Vegas. ... Austin Hill leads the Truck standings (82 points),
followed by Johnny Sauter (73), Ben Rhodes (60), Brett Moffitt (59),
Sheldon Creed (58), Zane Smith (57), *Grant Enfinger (56), Christian

Car and Erica Enders in Pro Stock. Pro Stock Motorcycle makes its
season debut at the Gatornationals. ... Doug Kalitta leads the Top
