It is with great pleasure to endorse Kelly Elias
for the position of Logan County Circuit Clerk.
I have had the pleasure to work with Kelly on many levels within the
Circuit Clerk's Office.
As a new Clerk appointed in August of 2016, Mary Kelley was assigned
as my mentor. I couldn't have asked for a better mentor. Mary and
her Chief Deputy Kelly Elias took me under their wing and helped me
tremendously into my new role. Kelly helped with training my staff
on many aspects of our jobs to help make sure we were being
compliant in every role in the office. She has the patience of a
saint when dealing with all the questions and challenges we had for
her.
Kelly has the knowledge and mindset of the role of the Circuit
Clerk. Kelly definitely has the ability and capacity to lead.

I can honestly say that I wouldn't be where I am
right now if it wasn't for all of the help and guidance from my
mentor Mary Kelley, her Chief Deputy Kelly Elias and the staff at
the Logan County Circuit Clerk's Office.
I can say without hesitation that Kelly Elias would make an
excellent Circuit Clerk and a great asset to the Citizens of Logan
County. She has shown great leadership, teamwork and will work for
you.
Kelly Elias has my full support for Circuit Clerk in Logan County!
