In partnership with the Mount Pulaski High School FCCLA chapter, the
high school and Powell’s office will also accept donations of
household items to donate families staying at local Ronald McDonald
houses. Acceptable items include facial tissue, laundry detergent,
deodorant, soap, toilet paper, towels, toothpaste, dish soap,
shampoo and more.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois serve and
sustain families when catastrophe strikes the most cherished part of
their lives - their children. This organization provides a
supportive place for families to stay while their child is receiving
medical care, and supports programs that directly improve the health
and well-being of children.
“Partnering with the community partners like the Ronald McDonald
House and Mount Pulaski High School through our Quotes For Good
program is such a great way to support their work and service across
Central Illinois,” explained Powell. “In addition, our office can
help customers be better prepared for the unexpected and understand
their insurance needs and coverage options.”
Join State Farm to turn caring into doing. It's just one way the State Farm
Neighborhood of Good® helps make a difference in communities.
Request a quote or make a donation in March and support the Ronald McDonald
House Charities of Central Illinois. Stop by Powell’s office at 114 East Cooke
Street in Mt. Pulaski, or call 217-792-3371.
