Obituary
Randy B. Buse , 73, passed away at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital ER surrounded by
his loving wife, his daughters, Rev. Robert
Henderson, and nephew Michael on January 7, 2020.
Randy was born on January 17, 1946 in New Holland,
son of Harold E. and Norma M. (Blaum) Buse. He
married Donna Turner on July 17, 1966 in Lincoln.
She survives him.
Also surviving Randy are his daughters: Donalene
(Jim) DeWitt of Mount Pulaski, and Rhonda Buse of
Lincoln; two grandsons: Riley DeWitt and Sutton Buse;
sister-in-laws: Edna (Wayne) Mara and Carol Turner;
nephews: Robert (Lisa) Buse, Michael (Deb) Turner,
Jeff (Elaine) Turner, and Anton Nemeth; niece: Kim
(Brad) Bryant; great nieces and nephews: Chase
Turner, Jake Turner, Blake Bryant, Alexandra Koehler
and Kenzie Bryant and several step nieces and
nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents,
brother: Myron, infant brother: Darnell, his
In-Laws: Edward and Leona Turner, grandparents:
Arthur and Hattie Blaum, and nephew: Andre’ Nemeth.

Randy was a former truck driver, car
salesman, and Warranty Administrator for Chrysler
dealerships: Row Motors, Marten Motors, and
Landmark.
Randy was baptized on February 24, 1946 at Zion
Lutheran Church in New Holland and later confirmed
on April 10, 1960. Randy loved music, he played in
Lincoln Community High School Band, American Legion
Band, and directed church choirs. He was an avid
fisherman and enjoyed spending time in the Ozarks.
But above all, his wife, daughters and grandsons
were the loves of his life.
Services for Randy will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday
January 11, 2020 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home in Lincoln with Rev. Robert Henderson
officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
on Friday January 10, 2020 also at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made in Randy’s name to Prairie
Cardiovascular or Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital
or to the family.
