[January 23, 2020]
The Mount Pulaski Public Library is developing a Strategic Planning
Committee. This committee will have 2 Library Board of Trustee
Members, 2-3 Library Staff Members, and 2-3 Members of the
Community.
The purpose of strategic planning is to set overall goals for the
library and to develop a plan to achieve them. It involves stepping
back from day-to-day library operations and asking where the library
is headed and what the library's priorities should be.
