As COVID-19 continues to burden systems around the world, the
economic shock and effects of business closures, unemployment,
unrealized tax collections, and Medicaid expenditures are being
analyzed. |

July 16 | Noon: Racial Equity: From Agency Initiatives to Social
Service Delivery Programs
This webinar will cover how to implement and expand racial equity
policies and practices, including racial equity in decision-making,
team-building, and leadership development, and cover technical
models, such as racial equity impact analysis tools to improve the
impact of policies and services for the communities we must serve.
By starting from the internal environment of the state and building
a learning culture based on racial equity approaches, we seek to
strengthen government so it can respond comprehensively and
collaboratively to the new American public of the 21st century.

July 17 | 1 PM: Liquidity Management, Crisis on Main Street
How are companies managing their liquidity in the COVID-19 crisis?
We will talk about the dash for cash that has been happening since
March and the importance of bank credit lines as a source of
liquidity for large companies. We will discuss how a liquidity
crisis in the corporate sector can trigger a wave of bankruptcies
that has the potential to create a full blown financial crisis. We
will also discuss the role of government policies such as the Main
Street Lending Program in mitigating the risk of such a crisis.
Finally, we will speculate about what may happen to US companies in
the near future, given what we know about the propagation of the
disease and how people are reacting to the slow reopening of the US

we share information on basic pickling methods using the latest

Apples are ripening in Illinois orchards. Learn about the varieties
of apples along with preservation methods. We will discuss juicing,
