second quarter of 2020, slightly more than the 95 sold during
the same time period in 2019.
The average selling price for homes in the 2020 time period was
$103,984, down from $108,668 in 2019. The median price was down
significantly, $89,000 compared to $97,000.
The length of time that a home was on the market found houses on sale an average
of 154 days in the second quarter of 2020. This was 1day longer than the 153
days in the time period in 2019.
