[July 18, 2020]   The Mount Pulaski Public Library will be re-opening on June 1st at 10 a.m.

The following guidelines were approved by the board of trustees on May 19th.

The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. This will be the schedule for the entirety of June and
will be re-evaluated for July.

No more than ten people will be allowed in the building at once, this includes staff members. We will have a number system at the door. If you arrive and there are no numbers left, please wait outside until someone leaves the building.

-Curbside delivery will be available, please call 217-792-5919 to request items and the individual on staff will bring the items to your car when you arrive.

Please remember to social distance while in the building.

One computer will be set up for public use. This is to ensure that we are limiting how many things are being touched within the building.

Our restrooms will be CLOSED to the public during this time.

Our Summer Reading Program will still be occurring, we will just be doing more things virtually than in the past. Lynn will post in the coming days with more information.

Items returned will be placed in "quarantine" and released back to the
shelf every other day.

IHLS is not delivering books, so we are UNABLE to request books for you
from other libraries. The only items you will be able to check out will
come from OUR library.

We ask that you please be patient with us as this is as new to us as it is to you. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these waters together.
