Donna Cunningham announced as new Director of Youth Services at Lincoln Public Library
 

[June 17, 2020]    The Lincoln Public Library District would like to introduce you to our new Director of Youth Services (Children’s Librarian), Donna Cunningham.

Before becoming our Director of Youth Services, Donna had served as the Director of the Athens public library beginning in 2008. Prior to her service at Athens, Donna had served as the Children’s Librarian and Director at the Elkhart Public Library.

In regard to this opportunity to serve patrons at the Lincoln Public Library District, Donna said: “I am really eager to build on the amazing programming already present at the library and to develop new fresh, exciting, and creative programs for kids, teens, and families to enjoy. I am looking forward to expanding the collection by providing developmentally appropriate materials and resources for youth and families. Promoting literacy has always been a passion of mine.
