Kathy Payne named February Colleague of the Month at ALMH

[March 05, 2020]  Kathy Payne of Lawndale has been named the February Colleague of the Month at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Payne has worked at the nonprofit hospital in Lincoln as an environmental services technician for five years.

“Knowing that I work someplace that cares for and is committed to giving back to its community and its employees makes me very proud to work at ALMH,” she said.

Payne said she enjoys the team atmosphere at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

“No matter what department you are working in, there is great teamwork between staff,” Payne said.

Payne was nominated by a colleague who is thankful for Payne’s commitment to doing her job safely and with high quality.

“She is always making sure everything is done correctly, and if she sees something is wrong, she is willing to fix it. She is very sweet and great with people,” her nominator wrote.
