Among
the park improvement ideas presented to the Lincoln City Council by
Lincoln Park District Executive Director Abby O'Brien Tuesday night
was one for a splash pad at Melrose Park in Lincoln.
O'Brien presented several ideas to the council that can be made to
four of the city's parks, if the city transfers ownership of the
parks to the park district, and if the district is able win park
improvement grants to fund the projects.
LDN has more detailed coverage of these ideas in today's edition.
