Earlier on Thursday IHSA said that in the
prevention of the spread of Covid-17, it would curtail
attendance limiting 60 tickets per team. During the day numerous
other sport entities from college to national leagues announced
cancellations of their seasons or championships.
Late Thursday afternoon IHSA moved to cancel all winter state
tournaments.
Without losing, Railers dreams of State are over. This team and
the others on the state track, whose dreams have been abruptly
dashed without the opportunity prove themselves, now stand as
