			 The Illinois Agri-Women (IAW) organization supports 
			the agriculture industry, works for legislation to support and 
			preserve family farms, communicates with other agriculture 
			organizations, and strives to educate the public and promote 
			agricultural awareness. 
 A $1500 IAW Agriculture Education Scholarship is for an agriculture 
			education major who is finishing the degree in the next year.
 
 Two $1000 WCFA Agent of Change Scholarships are offered to students 
			who have attended at least one Women Changing the Face of 
			Agriculture Conference. One scholarship is for a high school senior 
			and one for a current graduate student.
 
			
			 
			
 Twenty $1000 WCFA Agent of Change Scholarships are offered to 
			current college students. An anonymous foundation sponsor will 
			provide matching scholarship funds for donations from 2020 WCFA new 
			or current company sponsors.

The scholarships will encourage WCFA student participants to 
further their education in an agriculture, energy and food related career track; 
create a strong bond/mentor opportunity for students and company participants; 
and, potentially a job shadow experience. 
Students who wish to be considered for this scholarship should 
sign up to volunteer for WCFA and attend the professional development meeting 
the night before the WCFA event. Current college students who attend both the 
March 5 IAW Professional Development Event and volunteer for the March 6, 2020 
WCFA are eligible to apply.
