On June 30, 2010 the Regions Bank manager, Donna Boyd
handed the keys to their satellite building on Woodlawn Road in
Lincoln to Habitat For Humanity of Logan County then president,
Tonita Reifsteck. During those ten years it has been the activity
center for committee and board meetings, budgeting and applicant
screening and training and even a dog wash site with Logan Co.
Humane Society.
On March 5th, 2020, Bill Sahs, President of HFHLC and Tonita
Reifsteck, secretary signed the papers and passed the keys to the
new owners: Xiao Pan, Xia Xia Wu and Cody Zhao. Possession changed
hands at that moment also.
In anticipation of this transfer a group of Lincoln Christian
University students: Brienna Fetty, Morgan Hampton, Dalton Byers,
Alexis Jones, Cora Jean, Brandon Wiatt, Hongchuan Fu, Shengkai Fan
volunteered to help with moving materials out of the former bank
building into the HFH warehouse next door.
Cub Scouts from troop 111 Ben Hurley, Comaeron
Wilmert with leaders David Wilmert and Jim Wilmert also helped.

Proceeds from the sale of the building will help facilitate the
building of the next HFH applicant’s home. All activity will be
conducted from the Warehouse which is is closed on Sunday, Monday
and Tuesday’s, opening at 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through
Friday with Saturday hours 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
