Heartland Community College Lincoln hosts free FAFSA Workshop

 

[November 03, 2020]   Heartland Community College Lincoln will host a workshop to assist local high school seniors and college students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2021-22 academic year.

The first step in applying for financial aid is to complete the FAFSA form. Heartland staff will help students and parents at the session to fill out the form and answer questions about financial aid options.

There is no cost to participate for this workshop.

The workshop takes place Thursday, November 5 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Heartland Community College Lincoln, located in the Illini Building, 2201 Woodlawn Road.

Participants should park and enter at the rear of the building. Masks will be required, and social distancing will be utilized to promote a safe experience. Rooms will be limited to 15 persons at a time.
