Darrell James Sisk, 72, of Sunset Lake, Girard, passed away
Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at his home surrounded by loved ones.

Obituary
Darrell James Sisk, 72, of Sunset
Lake, Girard, passed away Wednesday, September 16,
2020 at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was
born August 26, 1948 in Lincoln, to Bernice and
James Sisk. Darrell married Renee Baldwin and she
survives. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Darrell was a US Army veteran and served his country
during the Vietnam Conflict. After his service, he
was a police officer for the Lincoln Police
Department from 1970 to 2001. He achieved the rank
of Sergeant and served as the city’s first DARE
officer.
He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears
fan. He loved to play his guitar and sing for his
family and friends. He also enjoyed riding his
Harley and spending time at the lake.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Renee;
daughters, Suzette (Michael) Atwood, and Brandie
(Shannon) Kelly; sister, Carolyn Marrs, and 5
grandchildren.
