Golden Knights sign Nosek, two others

[October 12, 2020]    Forward Tomas Nosek signed a one-year, $1.25 million deal with the Vegas Golden Knights, the team announced Sunday.

 

Nosek, 28, was an unrestricted free agent. He tallied 15 points (eight goals, seven assists) in 67 games last season.

Nosek has 47 points (23 goals, 24 assists) in 202 games over three seasons with Vegas.

He also had one goal in 17 games in parts of two seasons with the Detroit Red Wings before the Golden Knights claimed him in the 2017 expansion draft.

Also, forwards Tomas Jurco and Danny O'Regan each signed one-year deals worth $700,000.

Jurco, 27, has 52 points (22 goals, 30 assists) in 213 career games over six seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings and Edmonton Oilers. He had two assists in 12 games for the Oilers this past season.

O'Regan, 26, has one goal and four assists in 25 NHL games over parts of three seasons with the Buffalo Sabres and San Jose Sharks. He didn't play in an NHL game last season.
