The third quarter of 2020 saw homes sales increase compared to
2019 for the same period.
REALTORS in the Logan Board of REALTORS® sold 114 homes in the
third quarter of 2020, 26 more than the 88 sold during the same
period in 2019.
The average selling price for homes in the 2020 period was
$117,754, up from $103,571 in 2019. Median prices were up as
well, $101,150 compared to $88,000.
The length of time that the average home was on the market was
longer with the average "Days on Market" in 2020 at 160 days.
This was 25 days longer than the same period in 2019.
