the October Regular Logan County Board Annette Welch presented the
late Charles Ruben’s family with a plaque recognizing his many years
of service to people of Logan County as a leader.
Ruben served as Finance Chairman or Board Chairman from 2002 to his
sudden passing in August of 2020.

the Fall/Holiday concerts due to concerns related to
gathering during this time of concern for COVID-19. The LAMS
Board will evaluate the possibility of having our Spring
