Diane Sheley receives top honor from A+ Rated ERIE Insurance

[October 28, 2020]    Diane Sheley of Grieme-Arnold Insurance Agency, LLC (Lincoln, IL) was awarded the ERIE Insurance Quality Customer Service Agent of the Year Award at the company’s annual business meeting on October 13, 2020, held this year in a virtual format.

This prestigious honor is awarded to the ERIE Customer Service Agent (CSA) who displays a helpful, positive, and supportive attitude toward their customers and coworkers as well as demonstrates an expert level of knowledge about insurance products and services. Ms. Sheley was selected among nearly 600 eligible customer service agents throughout the state of Illinois.

 

 

“It truly is an honor and also humbling to be nominated, let alone chosen out of that many people. I truly love the customers. I love helping them. I love building their insurance program to what fits them,” said Sheley, who has worked at the agency for over 21 years. “I’ve made a lot of good personal friends from being here this long.”
