- Marilyn Strampp, 87, of Lincoln, passed away on
Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Copper Creek Cottages, Lincoln.

9:00-11:00am on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home with a private
immediate family service to follow

Obituary
Marilyn Strampp, 87, of Lincoln,
passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Copper
Creek Cottages, Lincoln.
Marilyn was born on November 17, 1932 in Logan
County, the daughter of William and Minnie (Gimbel)
Gluick. She married Harold Strampp on September 25,
1955, in Lincoln. He survives her in Lincoln.
Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Karen (David)
Russell of Mishawaka, IN; her son, Craig (Teresa)
Strampp of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Tanner
Strampp and Karlee Russell; her step-grandchildren,
Trevor (Courtney) Matheny, Justin (Megan) Matheny;
step-great-grandchildren, Tayah, Amelia, and
Madelyn.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; and
her brother, Milburn “Sonny.” |
Marilyn was a member of Immanuel
Lutheran Church where she sang in the church choir,
taught Sunday School, and was a part of the Mary
Martha Circle.
Visitation will take place from 9:00-11:00am on
Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home with a private immediate family service
to follow.
Memorial donations may be made in Marilyn’s name to
Copper Creek Cottages of Lincoln.
