The Atlanta National Bank receives COVID-19 Relief Grant to benefit local businesses and nonprofit organizations

[September 02, 2020]   The Atlanta National Bank is pleased to announce that it was awarded a Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank) COVID-19 Relief Grant to support small businesses and nonprofit organizations affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This grant funding has been provided to The Atlanta National Bank to disburse to small business and nonprofit beneficiaries of the bank’s choosing. In keeping with FHLBank Chicago’s goal of rapidly deploying relief funds where they are most urgently needed, The Atlanta National Bank is required to distribute the funds to beneficiaries within 30 days from the time they were awarded.

The COVID-19 Relief Program offered by FHLBank Chicago consists of zero-rate advances and grants to support all of its member institutions and the communities they serve as they respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
