Circuit Court appearances to be limited effective today

[September 23, 2020]  Effective Monday, March 16, 2020 - In the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Courts, consisting of the counties of Ford, Livingston, Logan, McLean and Woodford, the only cases which will be heard will be:

criminal felonies
bond hearings
juvenile abuse/neglect
juvenile delinquency cases
petitions to rescind summary suspension other emergency hearings as they may arise.

If you do not have a case in one of these categories, please do not come to court.

An order with specific details will be published tomorrow (March 16, 2020) which will include the process of notifying litigants of a future date. ​

In addition, please check the Illinois Supreme Court website for additional procedures as to the Eleventh Circuit after March 16.
