Over
the Labor Day weekend, Kim Carlock (green shirt), representing the
Atlanta Ag 4-H Club, delivered a cash donation to the local HOOAH,
Inc. group. Accepting the check on behalf of the group were Jared
Poppe and John Masters.
From the HOOAH, Inc. website: HOOAH, Inc.'s mission is to lend
support to forward-deployed servicemen and women, their stateside
families, and returning veterans with a high level of understanding,
compassion, and empathy. We operate with 100% volunteers. We do not
pay any staff or members of our organization.
The donation from Atlanta Ag will help support the HOOAH Deer Hunt
for Heroes and HOOAH Fishing Trip for disabled veterans.
