John Jackson, visiting professor at the Paul Simon Public Policy
Institute, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, will
discuss President Joe Biden's record and the continuing impact
of former President Donald Trump's influence on the Democratic
and Republican parties.
Registration is required for the webinar that begins at noon
Thursday, April 29. One may register at

Last November, Jackson provided non-partisan insight on local implications
following the election. "This sequel provides an opportunity to reflect on
expectations discussed previously in November," Ouedraogo says.
Jackson direct the Institute's internship programs and edits the Simon Review
series. He also assists in the production of the Institute's polls and is a
frequent contributor to local, state and national media coverage of government
and politics.
