Previous reports said Green, who turns 35 later this month,
agreed to terms on a two-year, $10 million deal.
The Nuggets will be Green's 11th NBA employer since the Boston
Celtics drafted him fifth overall in 2007.
"We are very excited to welcome Jeff and his family to Denver,"
president of basketball operations Tim Connelly said in a news
release. "He brings a wealth of experience to our team; his
impact will be felt both on the court and in the locker room."
Green averaged 11.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 27.0 minutes in 68
games (38 starts) in 2020-21 for the Brooklyn Nets. He shot a
career-high 41.2 percent from 3-point distance.
The 14-year NBA veteran has appeared in 976 games (583 starts)
with Seattle/Oklahoma City, Boston, Memphis, the Los Angeles
Clippers, Orlando, Cleveland, Washington, Utah, Houston and
Brooklyn. He has career averages of 12.8 points, 4.4 rebounds
and 1.6 assists.
