 Getchel joined the ALMH food services team in 2016 and is “a shining
example of what it looks like to truly serve others,” his nominator
said. “He jumps in to help whenever it’s needed and he never lets
anything get in the way of providing a positive experience to our
patients and colleagues.”
Getchel, of Lincoln, said he enjoys “bringing a smile to the faces
of my colleagues, patients and visitors.”

Outside of his job, Getchel enjoys cooking, baking and game nights with family
and friends.
