Robert was employed for 42 years at
the Lincoln bottle factory. He was also an avid
International tractor collector and was a member of
the Land of Lincoln Antique Tractor Club. Robert was
a perfectionist; he was known for his attention to
detail when it came to repairs and maintenance.
There was truly nothing that his children could
break that he couldn’t fix. Above all else, Robert
loved his family, adored his grandchildren, and
cherished his dogs.
Services for Robert will be held on Monday, August
9, 2021, at 10:00 am at Zion Lutheran Church in
Lincoln, IL, with Rev. Mark Thompson officiating.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 8,
