Logan County Fair Carcass winners announced

The Junior Department of the Logan County Fair named the 2021 Carcass Show Winners.

Paul Schwantz had the Champion Beef Carcass. Palmer Scheets had the Champion Pork Carcass.

The top 10 Beef winners were - Paul Schwantz, Callie Carlton, James Byrd, Ryder Conrady, Isabella Miller, Porter Schwantz, Brodie Miller, Jacob Lawrence, Ryder Conrady ,Reagan Titus.

The top 10 Pork Carcass Winners were - Palmer Scheets, Reagan Titus, Grant Hayes, Reagan Titus, Wes Bobell, Kaden Entwistle, Luke Prestegaard, Reed Naughton, Andrea Noltensmeier, Sophie Schneider.

Winners shared premium dollars of over $2000.00 made possible by local sponsors who funded the program.

Sponsors included Atlanta Locker, Central Illinois Ag, Graue Inc, Performance Vinyl Graphix, Rohlfs Implement, Tom Cross Family, Atteberry Farms L G Seeds, Central Illinois Feed and Supply, Herrin Fertilizer, Lincoln Ag Center and Schwantz Farms.

Palmer Scheets had the Champion Pork Carcass and the top 10 finishers in both beef and swine were recognized.
