It is worth noting that this coincides with the
Reimagine Mason City Christmas celebration, where vendors will
be present downtown to sell everything from homemade crafts to
food and everything in between. This downtown fest will begin on
Thursday afternoon and will run through Saturday.
On Friday, the Polar Express Experience will take over Arlee
operations. Playing at 7 PM on Friday 12/10, and at 4 PM on both
Saturday 12/11 and Sunday 12/12, kids and adults are invited to
don their pajamas, have their ticket punched by The Conductor,
meet the elves and chefs, and enjoy some great snacks while
watching a presentation of the 2004 film "The Polar Express."
Tickets are $12 ($13 if purchased online), which includes admission, hot
chocolate, popcorn, a cookie, and a small souvenir from the show. If attendees
keep their eyes peeled, they may even see a special guest at the end of the show
(but we won't spoil that surprise!). Advanced tickets are strongly encouraged,
and can be purchased at the Arlee's concession stand during normal operating
hours, as well as online at www.arleetheater.com.
For any additional information, please use the Arlee’s “contact us” form at
www.arleetheater.
com or leave a message at
214-482-9999. You may reach the band by calling Stan Edwards: 309-253-8526
The Arlee is located at 139 S. Main Street in Mason City, IL.
