Lincoln defeats Chatham Glenwood 55-16

 [December 23, 2021] The
Lady Railers continue dominating the competition on the basketball
court. This time Lincoln hosted Chatham Glenwood on Tuesday night at
Roy S. Anderson Gymnasium and it was another blowout, 55-16 the
final.
Lincoln raced out to a 25-1 first quarter lead. By halftime, the Lady
Railers had a 41-6 lead. At the end of three, Lincoln was running away
with this one, 52-14 the score. The final quarter was a little less
brutal, but the damage had already been done and the Lady Railers won
easily 55-16.
Kloe Froebe led Lincoln with 24 points.
The Lady Railers improved to 13-2 on the season.
The Lady Railers JV team also picked up another win. They defeated
Chatham Glenwood 55-21.
Piper Whiteman led Lincoln with 15 points. Taryn Stoltzenburg added 10
points.
Lincoln will take the rest of the week off for Christmas break and
resume play on Monday in the Peoria Manual Tournament.
