The
Lincoln Youth Football program leaders have announced via social
media that there will be a spring season, though in an abbreviated
format.
A post to parents on Facebook explained that there will be a
four-week playing season in April and that practices will start at
the beginning of March. Leaders say that they are working with the
Olympia team, and though the four-week season may include playing
the same teams numerous times, it is important for the youth to have
this time to play.
The leaders also stressed that everyone would be expected to wear
face masks at both practices and games. Because it will be a
shortened season, the registration fees will be reduced.
