Obituary
Gail King, 68, of Lincoln, passed
away on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at her residence.
Gail was born on May 16, 1952 in Richmond, IN, the
daughter of Robert and Carol (Gragg) Steele Goodgion.
Gail was married to Allen King.
Gail is survived by her children: Andy (Kristie)
King, Nick (Mitchaleen) King, Alex (Megan) King, and
Nate (Amanda) King; her siblings: Pam Rogers, Toni
Shank, Melanie Goodgion, Mitzi Goodgion, and Cindy
Steele; nineteen grandchildren.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents.
Gail loved the Lord and is leaving behind a legacy
of generations who know the peace of Jesus. She was
an active member of Lincoln Christian Church and
enjoyed singing in the choir and in the Harvest of
Talents concert each year. |
She spent many years performing with
Lincoln Community Theater and Lincoln Area Music
Society. She will be remembered as a wonderful
mother, nana, sister and friend.
A celebration of life for Gail will be held on
Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Lincoln Christian
Church. A visitation time will begin at 9 a.m. with
a service to follow at 10 a.m.
Memorial donations may be made in Gail’s name to the
family of Gail King.
