have a child who will be five years old on or before September 1,
2021, and you live in District #27, please fill out the form located
on our website: www.lincoln27.org,
or call the District office at 217-732-2522 by March 12th.
Please keep in mind that before starting school in August,
students are required to have a current physical and immunization record, dental
and eye exam, and a certified birth certificate on file.
