- Sandra Christine Allen, 67, of Lincoln, passed away
on Friday, February 5, 2021 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in
Bloomington.

A private celebration of life will be held at a
later date.
Obituary
Sandra Christine Allen, 67, of
Lincoln, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at
OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
Sandra was born on September 23, 1953 in Lincoln,
the daughter of Vernon and Anna J. (Robbins) Charron.
Sandra married Calvin “Gene” Allen on March 27, 1971
in Lincoln. He survives in Lincoln.
Sandra is also survived by her children, Brian
(Cristal) Keith Allen and Melissa (Jason)
Renee-Gordon; her grandchildren, SueAnn Belle Allen,
Kethry Talia Allen, Hannah Christine Gordon, and
Dylan Edward Gordon; her great-grandchildren, Kiara
Lynn Ringwald and Emma Belle Allen; her siblings,
Roy (Chie) Charron, Kenneth (Ally) Charron, Linda
(Larry) Norman, Gloria (Bill) Parker, Carolyn
(George) Peden, Gayla Charron, and Elizabeth (Kevin)
Johnson. |
Sandra was preceded in death by her
parents; and her brother, Gregory.
Sandra was proud to be a Registered Nurse for over
40 years.
A private celebration of Sandra’s life will be held
at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Sandra’s name to
The American Diabetes Association.
