relevant and in-demand experience through hands-on engagement in the
following topics: Practicing Professionalism at Work; Navigating
Challenges and Stressors; Understanding Customer Service Essentials;
Communicating Effectively; and Advancing Equity, Diversity &
Inclusion.
The upcoming EWS informational session will help interested
employers ensure that their organization will benefit from sending
team members to EWS to improve their soft skills.
EWS Information Meeting:
In this free orientation, connect EWS topics to your organization’s
mission and employee responsibilities. Learn to support
participants’ ideas and action plans as they put them into practice
back on the job. Walk through job tools that promote impactful
and efficient follow-up conversations. Leave knowing what
professional behaviors to monitor and feel confident that EWS will
add value to your team.
