Earns Certification from National Rural Health Group

Dolan Dalpoas, president and CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital,
recently completed a certification course for rural hospital leaders.
“The certification course allowed me to learn from experts about the
challenges and successes of rural hospitals throughout the United
States,” Dalpoas said. “It is a great tool for future leaders.”

The virtual course, offered by the National Rural Health
Association, explored leadership, operations and financial and
clinical challenges unique to rural hospitals.
Dalpoas became the top leader at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital,
an affiliate of Memorial Health System, in 2006. He has served
Memorial Health System in various clinical and leadership capacities
since joining the organization in 1994.
Dalpoas is board certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow
of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is recognized
as one of the top 50 critical access hospital CEOs in the United
States.

Dalpoas has served on various community organizations in Lincoln, where he was
born and raised, including the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce, the
Lincoln/Logan County Economic Development Partnership, Lincoln Rotary, Lincoln
College and the Lincoln Area YMCA.
