Rainforth special guest reader at Lincoln Public Library story time this Friday

The Friday, January 29th special guest reader
for Lincoln Public Library District's online children's story time
will be Helen Rainforth, owner of Abe's Carmelcorn Shoppe. |

 She will be reading “The Little Engine that Could” by
Watty Piper. Rainforth bought the 1930 vintage book she will be
reading, for a niece many years ago. This story is a timeless story
with themes of perseverance and overcoming challenges. We hope you
will enjoy listening to Rainforth reading this time honored classic.
Rainforth will conclude this series of special quest
readings, look for more special reading again in April.
In the meantime, the six-week STREAM (K-2nd Grade),
Toddler Time (6 months - 3 year-olds), Story Time (3 to 5-year
olds), Explorer Club (3rd-5th Grades), and TEEN TIME (6th – 12th
Grades) will begin on February 15th with online stories, music and
movement, and take home craft kits.
