[July 09, 2021]  CARLOCK - Cheryl A. Kindred, 79, of Carlock, formerly of Atlanta, passed away at 1:50 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.

Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June29, 2021 at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home

Service: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home

Obituary

Cheryl A. Kindred, 79, of Carlock, formerly of Atlanta, passed away at 1:50 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.

A Memorial Service for Cheryl will be held on Tuesday, June29, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home with Rev. Doane Brubaker will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Cremation Rites have been accorded

Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.

Cheryl Ann Liesman was born July 1, 1941, in Lincoln, the daughter of Glenn and Hazel Carlson Liesman. She was united in marriage to David A. Kindred on February 24, 1962. He survives.

Cheryl is also survived by one son: Jeffrey (Lisa) Kindred; two grandchildren: and two brothers: Nik (Connie) Liesman and Tom Liesman. Three Grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one grandson.

Cheryl was a 1959 graduate of Atlanta High School. She graduated from the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Springfield in 1962. She worked at Our Lady of Peace in Louisville.

Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home of Atlanta.
